I would go far back to find a thread on Stargate Atlantis!

So Season 4 has kicked of with the premiere "Adrift". How did you like it?

It was very dramatic, and I enjoyed it. Spoiler warning, just in case:

More special effects with asteroids! And how cool that a Puddler Jumper "Armada" blew them off! With inexperienced pilots! McKay did a nice stunt though, before that tower!

That confrontation between McKay and Sheppard was very dramatic! I liked it. It's good to see Sheppard deal with disobedience from the other side for once.

I didn't need to see the surgery up-close, egads! That is why I watch Sci Fi shows, not medicine shows. We have seen worse surgeries with Beckett, though. I don't like the Nanites/Replicators as well, but for creating drama it was good. I hope they don't return too often this season (as they were in Season 7 of SG-1).

It was interesting to see the finished Midway Station! Now you can walk from one galaxy to the other without a ZPM. The scientist from SG-1 provides comedic relieve as usual! So that is how Carter will end up on Atlantis! Very clever!

I did not know that McKay did not call Sheppard "John" before. That was the fans were most squeeing of (!). Am I a bad fan, or what?
